About (Long Description of SF)

This course provides you with the necessary knowledge and techniques you need to be a responsible seller and server of alcohol. Specifically, you will learn how to protect yourself and your establishment from liability; how alcohol affects your customers; how to recognize the effects of alcohol on your customers; how to prevent customers from becoming intoxicated; how to utilize intervention strategies to help prevent situations from culminating in sexual assault; how to intervene when you need to refuse a sale to someone; how to prevent and deal with disturbances; how to accurately check IDs and recognize customers under the age of 21; how to prevent second-party sales; and how to refuse a sale.

As each lesson concludes, you may be required to complete an assessment in order to progress to the next lesson.

At the end of the course, you will be required to complete a final exam. You must achieve a passing score of 70% or above to successfully complete the course.
